LEXUS INDIA ANNOUNCES WARRANTY AND SERVICE EXTENSION

India, 20 May 2021: In the wake of the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lexus India urges all guests to stay home and stay safe to ensure the wellbeing of the community. Further, all Guest Experience Centre (GEC) operations have been temporarily suspended, with teams available remotely to assist guests in emergency cases.
In line with keeping the safety of guests a top priority, Lexus India has also announced an extension on warranty and service schedules on all models in light of the situation in India. As a brand committed to exceptional guest experiences, Lexus has extended the timelines on services including OE warranty, Customer’s Paid Extended Warranty, Road Side Assistance and Free Maintenance Services, in order to protect its guests and prioritize their safety. Any of these services that are expiring in May, will be extended by a further 30 days.
Commenting on this, Mr. P.B. Venugopal, President of Lexus India said, “During this time of uncertainty, we want our guests to know that Lexus is committed to their safety, and will continue to stand by them to ensure seamless support throughout these difficult times. We encourage all our guests to take necessary precautions to keep themselves and their families safe.”
