Culinary Perspectives is Lexus’ first digital cookbook, and it is launched as part of the Lexus Creates series. To craft this cookbook, we enlisted the expertise of writer and editor Joshua David Stein, a James Beard Award-nominated author. Joshua’s work has appeared in Best American Food Writing, and he is a former restaurant critic for the Village Voice and New York Observer.

The recipes in this collection provide a menu for a multi-course meal across a range of difficulty levels.
